Method

Brown the mince, then add the onion and mushrooms. Cook for 5 more minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes, herbs, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile boil a pan of water and cook the pasta allowing for around 12 minutes.

Drain the pasta, then combine the sauce and the pasta before serving.
